All prices shown are in New Zealand Dollars. Prices listed for Vessel Basins include free delivery by courier within New Zealand.
GST at 12.5% will be added to listed prices for sales within New Zealand. International freight costs will be added for export sales. The table below gives indicative freight costs.

Delivery Time
Many of our standard designs will be available off the shelf. If the item is available when you place your order we will ship it immediately. If not please allow up to 4 weeks lead time. Please contact us before ordering if you would like to check lead time and availability.
Returns Policy
The item you order is finished by hand. Each piece is unique and may vary slightly in colour from the pictured examples. These variations are a natural part of the creative process and should be expected. All work is inspected for defects before shipping.
We guarantee that all items sent will be first quality and substantially similar to those pictured on this website. If however you wish to return a piece you can do so but you must pay for shipping and insurance. If the piece is returned for exchange then you must pay for return shipping and insurance as well as the shipping of the replacement from our studio.
If an item arrives damaged please save all packing materials and contact us within ONE WEEK of receipt.

Shipping is free within New Zealand. For overseas addresses please call for shipping charges or see our shipping cost table.

Guarantee
Vessel Basins are guaranteed against latent defects for one year. If one is found to be faulty it will be replaced at no cost.
